On the patio you will have exclusive access to the raised brick patio and first set of table and chairs back. The other set of table and chairs is for the adjacent unit.
Close to all: walk to restaurants and shops. Adjacent properties available for large family gatherings and reunions. Outside seating and patios, with BBQ and shower complemented by colorful planters. Lots of beach toys, and beach chairs.

P.S.- The building across the court has been demolished and is in the process of constructing a new building. 9/24/2025- They are in the process of grading and planing for footings and developing the foundation. It is illegal to do work on Sundays and hope they will not be working on Saturdays for quiet enjoyment. While we would rather keep a quiet environment for our guests we cannot control the process of development across the court. Please consider this when renting this property.
