About this house rental
You do not want to miss out on staying at this oceanfront house! Open floor plan with stunning beachfront views! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lots of comfortable seating and private patio to enjoy the breathtaking views!
1st bedroom has a trundle twin bed and queen bed. Small TV in the room. 2nd room has twin bunks and a double bed with a dresser and closet. 3rd bedroom is the master, complete with a king bed, dresser, and walk-in closet.
Beach towels and chairs available for use on the beach. Washer and dryer included (located in the garage). Property has security cameras at access points; garage, above downstairs kitchen door, top of staircase above upstairs door and above downstairs door. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by.
PARKING MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.
Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned BEFORE your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation. We cannot accept a booking request without a signed rental agreement and ID.

We stayed at this amazing house right on the beach. We had a large family trip to San Diego for a wedding and decided to stay on the beach. The home is very comfortable and has so much character. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning drinking coffee. And we loved watching sunsets from our perfect spot. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had difficulty with the door code when we arrived (our technical issue-not the VRBO) The host immediately helped us. And she was so friendly. The house was very comfortable with details like quality towels and beach chairs for us to use. Parking is very limited in the entire area. We reserved parking at a nearby garage and that worked very well. We felt very secure. The area is very accessible by walking and we loved exploring. This home is definitely on our family's must return list!

Our second visit to this coastal gem was just as enchanting as the first. This property beautifully marries historic charm with a relaxed beach atmosphere, immediately creating a sense of peace. The highlight remains the expansive, unobstructed ocean and boardwalk views from the numerous windows – truly spectacular. Outside, the patio and inviting fire pit made the cool evenings warm , the impeccably stocked kitchen made cooking a pleasure. This home's authentic character and scenery delivered a great vibe, surpassing any modern alternative. If I had to find something negative, it was having to go home. Thank you for the great stay!

Great location, lousy parking. I do not recommend this place for groups with two cars. We wasted precious time looking for parking.
