1st bedroom has a trundle twin bed and queen bed. Small TV in the room. 2nd room has twin bunks and a double bed with a dresser and closet. 3rd bedroom is the master, complete with a king bed, dresser, and walk-in closet.

PARKING MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.

We had the most amazing time in San Diego. The location was amazing right on the boardwalk, short walk to the beach, shops and dining, breathtaking views and extremely kid friendly. It was an easy check in and check out process and the homeowners answered all of my questions and were extremely accommodating. 10/10 recommend staying here and we definitely will be back again very soon!!!

Second time staying here, went great again. This is an annual family tradition that we have been doing for 30 years. As our family has grown, this has been a great new rental to house more people, specifically children. Communication is great. The property is always clean and has a lot to offer. Very convenient.

Great location, very nice beach for boogie boarding and catching waves. Easy access to food options and a 20 minute walk to Belmont Park. Lots of fireworks on July 4th without having to leave the porch. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and view couldn't be any better. We usually stay closer to Belmont park, but enjoyed being near Pacific Beach. The view was so beautiful- loved sitting in the window and people watching. The beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. The parking was tight, but we managed (we have a big SUV). Easy to hear the upstairs neighbors but the view made up for it ;) The management company/owners were super responsive, helpful, and kind. We will return!

Had a splendid time with my family ( 6 months to 73 years). The house is perkecly located and well stocked with towels, dishes and other incidentals. The host was quick to offer suggestions for overcoming challenges related to an oversized vehicle, and we could not have been happier. We highly recommend staying there; you will mot want to leave.

We had 5 cousins get together for a winter getaway. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms big and plenty of room. Right on the beach our favorite spot was the porch watching the people and the waves.

We had the best week! This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this house and we love it so much. The beds are comfortable, the place is spacious and has everything you need. You can’t beat the view and the location is perfect! We feel like this is a hidden gem of a spot. Can’t recommend it enough!

Really nice property. A dishwasher would have been fabulous since we ate most meals there. I would pay the 20 for parking if doing over as parking was very limited. Lots of towels and chairs for ocean.

Excellent location, walking distance to stores, right on the boardwalk. Hosts were great communicators. I would definitely return. Two things I would change would be to take advantage of the parking available onsite and rent the upper apartment. Ground floor has less privacy. and rent the upper

This is located right on the boardwalk with a decent sized patio. The price is reasonable considering the location. Most of the inside looks to be original but very well maintained and immaculate. It’s nicer in person. The patio is nice and has an amazing view of the ocean along with a fire table. The owners live near by and are extremely nice and very accommodating. If I had to find a negative about this place it would be they only have one parking spot for two units and parking is tough to find. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our second year staying at this location. We had a few issues when we first arrived with cleanliness but the host and property owner were both very helpful and provided solutions quickly. The location of this house cannot be beat! The view is perfect, it is walkable to PB restaurants and bars on the boardwalk and the beach right in front is clean and next to a lifeguard tower. We have little kids so that makes a big difference. Beds are comfortable and the house has plenty of closets, seating and space for groups. We had 5 adults and 2 kids on our trip and it still feels spacious. The patio is our favorite part - perfect to watch sunsets and cozy up by the fire at night or drink your coffee outside in the mornings. We loved the high-top propane firepit - easy to use and creates a great ambiance. The house does have a bit of an ant problem, but as long as you pack everything away and take the trash out at night it is manageable. The host was also great about coming by to help spray when we contacted and let them know. We will be back next year! Highly recommend this house for your next vacation.

This is our fourth year at this beach house and we absolutely love it. Very clean and excellent location! Any requests to the owners are answered within minutes! We are so sad that someone beat us to our booking for next year, however, we have in our calendar to book for July 2026 as soon as we can!!

My family and I have been renting a beach house for 35+ years. As our family has grown, it was time to look for a new beach house to stay at for our annual beach trip. This house was great! You have amazing views all day long, its comfortable and spacious which made a huge difference. Even with having a 1 year old with us, the house is still quiet enough to take their naps which was nice. We bbq a lot and the bbq provided was nice and clean and even had backup propane if needed. If there is an issue or need assistance. with something, the hosts were great and responsive and would send someone out for assistance. Will def. be looking to stay here again going forward.

This beach house is right on the boardwalk with awesome views. It's within walking distance of all of our beach hang out bars, restaurants, and stores. The house was very spacious for the 9 of us adults. It was clean, comfy, had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of bath and beach towels, and a large patio. We had a great time and we will be back!

Location of this property can’t be any closer to the sand and water. We rented both the top and bottom units. Both were spotless and well maintained. Garage is full of anything and everything you need for the beach. Check in was quick and easy, had a few questions upon arrival and Becky was quick to respond with the info. Thanks for a great time!

This was a fantastic place for a beach getaway. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable time. The kitchen was very well stocked and there are plenty of bath and beach towels. Accra to laundry if needed. Very clean and comfortable with sleeping room for lots of people! Check in was easy and they were so kind in accommodating an early check in for us. We plan to come back for sure!
