Very nice, but a little below expectations, not a 9.1 rating

Location and view. Private parking.

Overall the property looked 'tired,' - could do w/coat of paint everywhere - garden also... Would have benefited from details to find the place - even Google led us astray. Ditto details of public transport available nearby.

Enjoyed our time in Villefranche

we chose it for the view and we’re not disappointed.

Very basic finishes inside. Decor was tired and it overall needed some updating. power went out one night and there were no candles or flashlight on site - that would have been helpful.

Gran departamento pésimamente atendido para el check in

Lo mejor del alojamiento. La ubicación (cerca de bonitos lugares para comer o pasear en Villefranche). Los dos baños. La cocina muy bien equipada. La ubicación es muy buena si vas en auto. Para estar a pie, no tanto ,ya que te queda lejos de la estación de tren y la playa más cercana está a pie a unas 10 cuadras.

Todo el sistema de "check in". Tenés que ir primero a la agencia a buscar las llaves, para lo cual, te dicen que podés dejar unos minutos tu auto estacionado (no fue así, vino un policía y nos echó). De ahí, tenés que ir al departamento. Nunca te dan precisiones sobre la ubicación del departamento: es como una calle en un barrio privado, no te queda claro cuál es , no te mandan ni una foto del departamento para poder identificarlo, cosa que llevaría dos minutos. Te dan como diez llaves, llamamos para ver cuál abre que cosa y nos respondieron "andá probando cuál abre qué puerta", en un lugar donde tenés un acceso, luego varios departamentos, luego un portón y luego más departamentos abajo, o sea, no es NADA OBVIO cuál es el tuyo. Te dicen que estaciones "en frente del departamento", el cual está como en una esquina, no hay ningún "en frente", lo dejamos a unos metros y nos pusieron una advertencia de que estábamos obstruyendo el camión de basura, le preguntamos a la anfitriona y dijo "y bueno probá en otro lado". Antes del check in teneés que hacer una especie de pre depósito de 600 euros, te dicen qeu te cobran por cualquier cosa incluso dejar comida en la heladera o por cualquier faltante, o cosa dañada. Como no es un dpto a estrenar, obviamente hay cosas que están con más o menos uso. Después, para dejar las llaves al salir , te dicen que las dejes en "el buzón saliendo del departamento", donde hay tres buzones. Todo es así, indicaciones totalmente confusas, cuando con una simple foto de qué departamento alquilaste, o en qué buzón dejar las llaves, etcétera, todo sería simple. Te mandan por mail unas extensas instrucciones donde está mezclado cómo llegar a la agencia a buscar las llaves y cómo llegar al departamento. O sea: COBRAME UNOS EUROS MÁS PERO RECIBIME EN LA PUERTA!
