Overpriced and hosts are unhelpful

The Mountain View and quiet location

1. Heating had been turned off at the mains and host needed to be argued with to have it turned on. 2. Not enough bedding. No extra sheets or doonas made available to us during our five night stay and only a thin sheet and thin polyester blanket put on each bed which was in no way sufficient for the 6-10 degrees Celsius nights in the mountains. 3. Not adequate basics, Only dangerous, unhealthy seed oil provided. No baking paper, no alfoil or food wraps and zero containers to be able to save food in the fridge were provided. 4. Only JUST enough toilet paper - we had to rashen it with paper toweling to make it last. And there was not any toiletries provided except for a tiny bit of shampoo in the bottom of a bottom but nothing else. 5. Nothing to hang clothes on, so if you do a load of washing there you need to use all the dining room chairs to hand them in the house and take up the entire about of living space with drying your clothes. 6. Only hard cheap plastic seats provided in the kitchen for dining - there is no lounge so if you want to relax you need to sit on the beds in the bedrooms. 7. Internet was extremely weak and would constantly turn off or cause delays or cut out. 8. There were no cable channels as described 9. Only channel were basic tv Channels and all in Italian. 10. Drive up to the property is steep and extremely narrow and there isn’t sufficient car parking at the top plus the walk to the actual apartment is steep and approx 300metres so beware of heavy luggage and groceries as this won’t be fun at all. 11. The national park is fairly inaccessible from up there, unless you are an extremely fit hiker it will be far too steep to enjoy it at all.

Excellent apartments. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. Very clean. The apartments are very nicely decorated. The apartments have everything you need. It is air conditioning, a coffee machine, a washing machine, etc. We planned our trip by car, so it was easy for us to get to this wonderful place. Before the apartments you need to walk a short but very beautiful path on foot. Amazing view! You can easily park your car at any time along the road. Responsive and pleasant owners. The stay exceeded all our expectations. Thanks!

Good

Stunning location, a bit hard to get to and you need to be a confident driver as very steep uphill drive and sharp hairpin turns. But worth it once you're up there! Super quick to get to La Spezia and super quick to get to Cinque Terre from there.

WiFi basically non existent, didn't really work for our entire stay. Technically not a problem because one should just enjoy the views and nature there, but we had to work a bit so made life a bit difficult for us.

Awesome

Absolutely amazing place in a quite mountain village, we loved everything about it. Very spacious, nicely designed, the comfy beds and the fully equipped kitchen. Also the bathroom and shower deserve a special mention. They were also really helpful with our questions. A lot of nice hiking in the surrounding forests and a 15min car-ride away from 5terre. We'll definitely come back.

Sauberes und schönes Haus in der Nähe der Cinque Terre

Das Haus ist sauber, neu renoviert und ansprechend eingerichtet. Lage etwas ausserhalb, La Spezia ist jedoch gut in 15 Minuten erreichbar und die Cinque Terre sind von hier aus relativ gut zu erreichen. Aussicht der Zimmer ist super und die Umgebung ist ruhig, man kann sich gut erholen.

Das Bett war für uns persönlich ein bisschen zu klein, kann aber für andere Personen reichen. Das warme Wasser der Dusche reicht nur ca. 10 Minuten, die anderen Personen müssen danach kalt duschen. Wenige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.

Alles okay

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen mit 4 Personen. Nach einer Woche würde die Wohnung gereinigt und es gab frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte völlig ohne Komplikation. Schlüssel wurden im Safe hinterlegt. Kommunikation per WhatsApp lief reibungslos.

Juste magnifique

Le cadre est juste magnifique un havre de paix que je recommande fortement Le logement super pr un couple avec enfant Et j'insiste sur le cadre et les habitants du village incroyablement gentils le paysage, se réveiller dans un cadre pareil c'est juste magnifique Merci pr le sejour

Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'y est pas de canapé mais apres les vacances ne sont pas faites pour lézarder dans le canapé donc aucune chose que nous n'avons pas apprécié c'était juste parfait

Особенно приятно, что хозяин позаботился о таких мелочах, как кофе, сахар, приправы, растительное масло — всё, что нужно для приготовления еды, уже есть на месте. Чисто, уютно, всё продумано до мелочей. Отличный вариант для тех, кто хочет отдохнуть в тишине, насладиться природой и атмосферой настоящей Италии. Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni bellissimi nel appartamento. C'era tutto il necessario per una famiglia con 2 bambini, bastava solo la spesa. L'appartamento era in una zona dove sentivi solo il cinguettio dei uccelli, era molto pulito e piacevole. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima.⁶
