About this apartment rental
This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.
The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished deluxe condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa bed.
The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.
We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.
The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.
The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

Property was clean and safe. Family room was spacious. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. We appreciated the phone call with hints and tips prior to arrival. Greatly appreciated the opportunity to have packages delivered and held just prior to arrival.

The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable staying there. My daughters and husband really enjoyed the pool.

We are a family of four. My wife, our two sons, and I had a great time this past weekend. Popped out of town for a long weekend getaway just before school starts back up. everything at the resort was just wonderful.

Enjoyed the property. Great location and amenities. Just need to insure the it is understood that it is 3 stories up and no elevator. We had requested property be ground level with easier access.
