Kingsgate, is a Wyndham owned and managed property which offers you assurance of quality accommodations. Condo is a 3 bedroom lockoff which means it consists of a larger 2br deluxe with 2 baths next to a smaller 1br suite with a single bath. The condos are connected by an interior door as well as each condo having an exterior entrance. In addition, each side of the combined condos has living and kitchen areas which on the smaller suite is a mini kitchen. All of these features are larger on the deluxe side. Kingsgate resort charges a $13 per day per condo (not per person) amenities fee. This covers all resort amenities. You will pay this fee when you check in.

The unit was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for breakfast and light meals. The only complaint was that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well at all and we washed the dishes by hand. The shower head in the main bathroom was less than desirable and a toilet seat was coming off. A quick call to maintenance, and all was fixed. The unit is in need of some updates but over all very suitable for our stay. We did not use the amenities as our days were busy. The restaurant was adequate when needed. Checkin was easy and swift.

Everything with the resort was just perfect. Resort is near attractions, restaurants and outlets. This was our 3rd year staying here. Will be back!

Our checkin experience was not great. At 4pm, we were told our room was not ready and they would call us when it was. At 5pm, we checked back, and were told our room had not even been started, and would be at least a couple hours. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience. After some persistence, they finally they offered us a different room, same layout. Later that night, we had trouble reaching the front desk to ask about an extra blanket, after 2 calls, and over 2 hours, we finally received it.
The remainder of our stay was great! Our rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a kitchen plus space for everyone in our party. We were not on property much, but did use the mini golf, pools, and fitness room. Could never find open games as there were a lot of kids running through, so were unable to use the game room.
Would have given 4 stars except for the checkin experience.
