This was the perfect spot for a family vacation with kids and grandkids. Having the lock out unit gave us some privacy when we wanted to "get away" for a bit and having two kitchens helped out in preparing meals. The unit and the amenities were great! The grandkids loved the mini-golf and the pool. I think that was a stop each night we were there. The location is just a short distance from Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown with numerous restaurants and shopping close by as well.

Older timeshare resort that is showing it's age. 2 smaller pools, one adults only that were wall to wall with people. Seemed way too small for the size of the resort. Appliances in kitchen and bathroom fixtures all older, close to needing to be replaced. Tubs didn't drain and sliding door handle came off in my hand. Safe malfunctioned and we couldn't unlock until maintenance came. Maintenance was pretty responsive though. Timeshare tour is described as part of your "experience" and aggressively attempted to be scheduled when you check in.
