This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.
The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.
The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.
We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.
The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.
The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

We stayed in a newly renovated unit which had a few problems. The dishwasher leaked ecause the door would not shut properly. They came yo fix it but the door was still not closing right so I was afraid to use it. Then the closet in the master bedroom collased while we were at dinner. It had also been improperly installed by using drywall anchor instead of attaching to the studs. Informed guest services if both issues but requested they wait until our departure the nect morning. They complied. Also people above us allowed their kids to run from 11 30 at night until 3 00 am. I told my son they needed to call znd rort it but they never did. Went on for 2 nights. Other than thst our stay was perfect.
