Welcome to our charming 2BR/2BA condo close to Williamsburg! Located just minutes from historic Williamsburg, you can explore the area or stay on property and relax by the pool and enjoy the many family friendly amenities on site. Experience all that Williamsburg has to offer from historic landmarks along one of Williamsburg's many walking and biking trails like Powhatan Creek Trail, Historic Jamestown Bike Trail, and Freedom Park, historic downtown Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens.

Perfect place to stay, close to everything and quite.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. After going to Bush Gardens the kids enjoyed the pools at night. The game room was fun for families. I do wish the fitness center and sauna were better monitored as teens were running through during evening hours. However this did not change my opinion of the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here for another trip.

Check in was absolutely awful. It was extremely loud and I was told by the concierge that to get the VRBO discount I had to pay an additional 60 on top of what I had already paid them I was told I had no choice but to go to a time share meeting as well for that discount. It was so loud and the process took so long that I just agreed to try and get on my way. Once we got to our condo it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I took some time to look over the paperwork for the timeshare and research online if I was in fact beholden to go to receive my VRBO price and found that wasn’t the case. That coupled with the smell had me calling down to the front desk, they didn’t answer, they also didn’t answer my text, I sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting for them to answer and finally I just drove down to talk to them. They weren’t so busy at that point and I’m not sure why my text or call was never taken but I did get to talk to a manager who gave me my 60 back on my card, was fine with me not being able to go to the timeshare meeting that was at another location entirely from the resort, and also gave me written notice that I wouldn’t be charged for the cigarette smoke smell in the condo. While that put a sour note on the beginning of our trip my wife and kids enjoyed their time immensely while I was working, wife said the pools were cloudy but the arcade is much bigger than pictured and completely free. This is definitely a kid centered resort.
