Wonderful comfortable stay in a spotless large room and a welcoming host.

Spotless, large, bright very comfortable room with a lovely view and a couple of comfortable chairs to enjoy the pod coffee. Susan was professional, welcoming and eager to ensure we were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice continental with croissants, breads, cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt etc and made a nice break from the many hot offerings we’ve had elsewhere. One of the brightest most comfortable rooms we’ve had at a b&b. Our plans did not include heading back out for supper and am not sure how close to restaurants we were but the downtown water front is no more than 7-10 minute drive.

Susan is a great host, such a lovely person. All is neat and tidy, very comfortable and thought through. The wireless mobile loading devices were a great plus!

Absolutely nothing. It‘s a little walk to the centre (aprox. 20 mins) but that was not a problem at all, in the contrary, we enjoyed it and there is also a busstop right in front of the house.

Great wee overnight stay

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable..room was warm but the fan cooled it down...breakfast was continental and was very good...host was so lovely

A B&B as it should be!

The host was phantastic, the room very comfortable and cosy and the surroundings surprising (with a brook and waterfall just behind the garden fence). The mattress was of superior quality, the fact you could park your car a very important bonus. A perfect place to stay when exploring Oban and its surroundings, ànd to take the early boat to Mull. Don't forget to book dinner in EE-USK.

A lovely B&B and a welcoming host

Susan was very welcoming and friendly. By request, she kindly made me porridge every day which was delicious. Breakfast was substantial, with a wide choice including a bowl of tasty fresh fruit. The bedroom was light and airy. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of space, with an excellent hot shower. The towels were lovely and soft, and having a flannel was a thoughtful extra touch. The decor throughout was fresh and modern. Everything was spotlessly clean. The sound of the stream at the back of the house was soothing to lull me to sleep. Susan suggested a visit to Easdale, part of the Slate Islands further down the coast, and I was so glad I went. Thank you Susan! It was a fascinating trip and it even coincided with a scarecrow festival on Seil which was great fun to see from the bus! I've never been on a tiny ferry before with a postman (who has 20 minutes to deliver all the mail on the island!). The coach and boat trip to Mull, Staffa and Iona was splendid, and the puffins on Staffa were a total delight. It was a perfect B&B to stay in. The centre of Oban is easy to get to even without a car, either by bus or walking, which takes about 15 minutes or so. It's a very interesting and picturesque town with plenty to see, and the Calmac ferries are great for visiting the islands.

Perfect for what I needed, lovely little B and B

Susan was brilliant, made me a packed lunch (sandwich was perfect) for my climb up Ben Nevis. Very friendly and accessibility in and out as needed was just what I needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Facilities were great, very clean and lots of nice little touches around the facilities
