Great little unit - it had mostly what we wanted

Sometimes noisy particularly with the DJ on a number of evenings - I know not owners fault, but annoying And also a builder was working from 7 am across the street So we had to close all windows and keep the air conditioning going during the night! WIFI was not consistent, disconnecting a lot, could be improved

Amazing location, amazing apartment! Suite was well appointed and stocked with local treats🥰

Monica was great to communicate with and very helpful. Nice extra touches in the room included a bottle of wine and some biscuits. The location (as long as you are OK with stairs) was great for exploring all of Taormina. The whole apartment was SPOTLESS and the shower was wonderful.

It felt a little on the small side but maybe that is normal for Taormina. A second bedside light would have been good. The floor lamp did not work and I think a chair there instead would be more useful.

We stayed at this studio apartment during our visit to Taormina. Overall, it’s a fine option for a couple spending a couple of nights in town. On the plus side, the apartment does have local charm, as it’s located in a traditional small street just outside the historic walls of Taormina. Location-wise, it’s conveniently close to the main public parking and the town centre. However, if your plan includes going to the beach, be aware that this flat is far from the cable car that takes you down to the coast – you’d be better off staying on the other side of town for easier beach access.

I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children – the space is too small and it’s a single-room studio with just one division and a bathroom. The studio has minimal natural light and the balcony is tiny, just large enough to hang clothes to dry. Important tip about parking: the hosts mentioned a €20/day rate for the public parking, but that’s only accurate if you leave the car parked for over 48 hours. For one day, it’s €28. Make sure to factor that into your budget. Facilities and amenities were basic. The kitchen lacked some essentials like bin bags and dish towels, and the hair dryer was very weak. That said, the bed and bathroom were both fine. We used all the coffee machine capsules, but the hosts kindly provided more.
