Casa Antico Borgo Cuseni

La casa es hermosa y bien equipada, con una ubicación increíble!! Y la anfitriona Sara es una persona súper dulce y atenta a todas nuestras necesidades!! Volvería sin dudas !

This is the cutest place, it's like stepping back in time into a typical 1950's Italian apartment. Sara the host met us at the door and was very helpful both before and during our stay. The location is close to the top of Taormina in an authentic little neighborhood within easy walking distance to many restaurants and points of interest. While there is a washing machine, there is also an excellent self or full service laundromat literally a few steps away, so close we left the clothes in the washer and walked back, then went back over when they were done. The little balcony is great to sit on overlooking the neighborhood with a slice of ocean in the distance. It was really a charming place to say, just a bit outside the insane hubbub of very touristy Taormina and so reasonably priced with lots more room than a hotel at twice the price. Driving in Taormina is an issue overall, and this area would be a challenge, you'd need a nearby parking garage but frankly I wouldn't want to drive at all. We hired a car to take us from Catania airport, then to take us from Taormina to Palermo, and only after Palermo rented a car for the rest of our trip.

Nothing. I mean, I could pay 4x more and stay on the ocean but we rented places on the ocean for other locations on the trip and liked the look and feel of this authentic little gem vs. many of the modern options.

I throughly enjoyed my stay in Taormina and at Casa Antico Borgo Cuseni! The flat was super clean and well appointed and in a great location. It was just up the street from a grocer and a five minute walk to the main tourist street Corso Umberto. My host Sara and her family were absolutely lovely too. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely decorated apartment in a great location, close to all the shops and restaurants but on a nice quiet street ! The host was very helpful and available at all times:)
