Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds, is a private estate amidst lakeside trails, rivers and hundreds of acres of green space. It boasts an award-winning spa, numerous swimming pools, an outstanding restaurant and an activity centre. Whether you hire a kayak, try your hand at paddle boarding, practice your serve or enjoy a drink on your private decking.

All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.

OVERVIEW
Located on Howells Mere within the Leda Apartments, this contemporary, two bedroom ground floor apartment enjoys a westerly facing aspect with access onto the rear decking from the living area with seating.

ACCOMMODATION
This open plan kitchen is beautifully designed for easy living and is fully equipped to accommodate four guests. The property provides two double bedrooms, each with sliding doors onto the deck, and one with an ensuite shower room and one with an ensuite bathroom.

OUTSIDE
A spacious deck provides a westerly aspect over the lawns and towards Swillbrook Lake and Nature Reserve (limited water views due to lakeside vegetation).  There is dining for four.

This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single sex groups or excessive noise after 11 pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dragonfly. The apartment was very spacious and decorated to a high standard. Beds were very comfortable and lounge/kitchen/diner light and airy. Kitchen had everything you needed including fresh coffee! Washer dryer very handy too. Lovely to have a large decking area which we used to store and lock our bikes at night. We are already planning our next stay!
