All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.

This contemporary first floor 3 bed apartment within the Leda Apartments benefiting from a balcony with table and chairs, enjoying a westerly facing aspect. Two double bedrooms & bunk room. Comfortable living/dining area and modern kitchen.

The kitchen boasts a built-in fridge/freezer, single oven and hob. Microwave, toaster and kettle. Fully equipped to accommodate six guests.

Dining table and chairs seating six, with double doors to the balcony. The lounge provides a comfortable L-shaped sofa allowing flexible seating, as well as a coffee table and TV.

Master double bedroom with bedside tables and built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower room. Further double bedroom with bedside tables and built-in wardrobe, bunk room. Family bathroom.

OUTSIDE
A spacious deck looks out over Swillbrook Lake where you can watch the sun setting. Dining for six.

This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single sex groups or excessive noise after 11 pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.
