About this apartment rental

Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds, is a private estate amidst lakeside trails, rivers and hundreds of acres of green space. It boasts an award-winning spa, numerous swimming pools, an outstanding restaurant and an activity center.
Whether you hire a kayak, try your hand at paddle boarding, practice your serve or enjoy a drink on your private decking.

This modern and comfortable ground-floor three-bedroom apartment benefits from a west-facing aspect with outdoor decking area with seating and BBQ. The apartment accommodates six guests and is within a five-minute walk of the on-site Spa & Restaurant.

All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.

ACCOMMODATION
Open plan lounge/diner and kitchen, which is well-equipped to accommodate six guests. The accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from bi-fold doors onto a private deck. There are three bedrooms, the master double includes an ensuite shower room, and there is also a separate double bedroom, bunk room, and family bathroom.

OUTSIDE
A spacious west-facing deck completes this property and offers the chance for al fresco dining with outside seating for six.

This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single sex groups or excessive noise after 11 pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.
