Thames Cottage, Old Mill Farm, Cotswold Water Park

Beautiful location and near to everything we needed. Perfect family getaway . Would definitely would go again

There was a large piece of corrugated iron at the end of the barn that must of been loose, and when the wind blew it knocked about and was quite noisy. Could do with moving or something, as could hear during the night. Beds were quite firm and pillows lumpy.

Lovely location, a bit further from Cirencester than we thought, but was not a problem as we could all get in one car and worth it for the peace and quiet with beautiful country views. Parking in Cirencester was reasonable, but do your homework regarding cost/time limits. Clean, comfortable beds, good facilities. The ground floor bathroom basin was very small, but we managed ok and the shower was good. Three people upstairs shared the bathroom with no problems. Easy fifteen minute walk across the fields to the Bakers Arms pub in Somerford Keynes. Would stay here again.

Initially a bit difficult to find as the sign was a bit obscured by the hedge when approached from one direction, but saw it ok when travelling the other way, other than that, no complaints.

Fantastic location with river flowing by side of cottage. Easy access to Thames path and glorious fields! Even fed baby lambs and bought fresh eggs ! Real farm stay😃
