Lyndsey and Ed created a lovely place, from the country kitchen to the details in the bedrooms, just perfect. There's really everything you need, the cottage is exceptionally well equipped. Scones and cream with home made jam waited for us in the kitchen, we felt very welcome from the first moment on. Even the view into the lovely garden was comfort to the soul. We wished we had booked for longer.

Ed & Lyndsey had thought of absolutely everything in the cottage, and there really was nothing more you could have wished for. They even baked fresh scones, and left jam and clotted cream for us on arrival. Such a lovely touch!
The cottage itself was so much bigger than we imagined, and the photos, although lovely, really don't do it justice. Such a gorgeous property and super lovely hosts!
I'm really scraping the barrel for anything we didn't like! If I had to say something, it would just be that the mattresses in the second bedroom were quite hard, but that may just be personal taste.

Fantastic cottage, lots of character and attention to detail. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, scones had been left which were lovely! Would definitely recommend, one of the best cottages we have stayed in! Lovely outdoor area especially in the sunny weather. We would have loved to stay longer.
