Ubicación del apartamento muy buena para moverse en transporte público: cerca del metro de Avenida de América y muchas líneas de autobús. Barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Habitaciones ubicadas en el interior de la vivienda y muy silenciosas para dormir.
El menaje de la cocina era completo pero muy justo en tazas. Algunas tazas y platos un poco dañados por el uso.

Localização (2 estações de metrô próximas, super, restaurantes, bairro residencial), infra do apartamento, limpeza. Cozinha bem equipada, com cafeteira (expresso).
havia um problema elétrico. Quando ligava o forno, o disjuntor do apartamento caia. Tivemos que entrar em contato para resolver. Nos orientaram por WhastApp.

La ubicación es buena tiene varias entradas al metro cercanas y un supermercado en la misma calle. La atención en todo momento del anfitrión ha sido fundamental, ya q hubo q sustituir el tostador porque estaba roto y saltaban los fusibles, solo tardo un dia.
El domingo el vecino de arriba a las 9:00h. se puso a utilizar el berbiqui eléctrico a dar golpes y hacer todo tipo de ruidos por encima del dormitorio principal.
