The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 adult people. A bit old-fashioned, but that had its own charm and appeal. All necessary household appliances and utensils. Comfortable beds. No noise from the street. The elevator is to go up. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy in front, a fish shop downstairs, a fruit shop next door. Not too far from the metro.
The bathroom door creaks when you open it. Everything else is fine.

Location is great. Apartment is clean and tidy.
The parking is a nightmare. Its across the street which is super handy, but we didnt realise it was paid for and ths access is horrendous. Getting in and out is ridiculously tight and we had a larger car which exacerbated the issue.
The apartment itself is very dated. Everything needs replacing to bring it up to an acceptable standard. It was only the 2 rooms which made it positive otherwise we wouldn't return.
