Balcón con luz natural

The location is really convenient, it's central enough to reach any part of the city quickly but also away from any big crowds. There's a Dia supermarket right next door and some nice restaurants and cafes on the main street. The bedroom is spacious and the internet worked well for us.

The apartment really needs some renovations, especially the bathroom and the kitchen - furniture was a bit wobbly, bathroom tiles had stains on them, the bathtub was chipped in a few places and there was a constant drip from the bathroom ceiling when the aircon was on. The place was quite dark even in the middle of the day and at night the street was very noisy for how small it was, better keep the windows closed and bring earplugs.

No hay ruido, que es lo que iba buscando.

La publicidad -el anuncio- es falso: las fotos no correspondían con mi apartamento, eran de otro muy diferente. Decía "con balcón", y el mío no lo tenía. Aparece con mucha luz, y el mío era sombrío (una primera planta en una calle estrecha), con poquísima luz durante todo el día. Lo mismo respecto del dormitorío: no correspondía con el mío. Lo peor de todo: la falta de intimidad en el salón. El ventanal prinicipal no tenía cortinas ni persiana en los laterales (es un ventanal en proyección o voladizo), con lo que se veía el interior desde las viviendas de en frente y desde la calle.
