About this apartment rental
Located in the area of Avenida de América next to Francisco Silvela or María de Molina street. This is an excellent central location due to its good connection with any point in Madrid, both by road, as it is very close to the city's NE access, the A2, and by public transport, next to the Avenida de América interchange and metro station. A neighbourhood originally popular that in recent years has been highly demanded by young people thanks to an interesting real estate, leisure, hospitality and culture offer and good atmosphere. Very close to one of the most important study centres in the city, the IE, which attracts Master students from all over the world. A residential area with everything within reach and safe. Very close to the Salamanca or Chamartín neighbourhoods.

This apartment is located in a building without a lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. The renovation carried out has placed great emphasis on preserving and highlighting the original construction elements that are part of Madrid's tradition and charm.
As you enter the building's entrance hall, the apartment door is located on the right.
The apartment is a studio characterised by an impeccable innovative design and surprises with its aesthetics, comfort, and convenience.
It has a double room in a mezzanine and a full bathroom with a shower. The ceiling height of the mezzanine is 175 cm.
The living room has a single sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities: wifi, air conditioning and independent heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...
For a stay of pure luxury.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 180 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
