Es igual a las fotos, se siente amplio a pesar de ser pequeño y está cerca de Av las Américas

Cobran de 10 euros en adelante por esperarte 15 minutos, te toman fotos con el pasaporte, había una toalla que no olía bien, el pasillo olía a basura y la cisterna no bajaba.

Tidy apartment in a very convenient area. Had everything I needed for a short stay.

I liked the location. Relatively well connected to the city and the airport, with a multimodal station, with metro and bus. It is the kind of studio for short stays for a city break for 1 person, or for business stays. There are restaurants, shops in the area. The studio is in a nice building.

Check-in is done with personal key handover at the entrance to the building/studio. I didn't like it when I was asked to take a photo with my passport next to my face, I was told that this is what Booking requires, but I strong doubt it. The studio is beautiful, but it is much smaller than it appears in the photos, the balcony is not really a balcony, it doesn't offer a view of the street, the view is inside the building, you can basically look into the rooms of other residents. There is a discreet smell of smoke, which I found in the towels and bed linen. Somewhere near the edge of the bed is a wifi router, but the way it is positioned is inconvenient to walk near the edge of the bed. The bed therefore looks like it is for 2 people, it is more like a bed larger for 1 person.

La ubicación está genial, parada de metro y autobús al lado del portal. El estudio es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, pequeño pero funcional para 1 sola persona y pocos dias. Estaba todo muy limpio y aunque habia una terraza que daba directamente a la terraza de otra vivienda no se escucharon ningún ruido en ningún momento. El edificio cuenta con un portero en el portal.

La comunicación previa a la reserva fue complicada porque no respondían al teléfono y tardaron muchos dias en responderme por booking, lo cual me generó intranquilidad, finalmente todo salio bien, quedo un chico encargado de las llaves conmigo en el alojamiento y tomó fotos de mi dni y no me gustó que tambien tuviera que tomar foto de mi cara junto con el dni al lado. La cama chirriaba muchísimo.
