O booking devia se atentar as reclamações que eu já tinha visto mais ninguém muda então não existe comprometimento com essa ladainha de pesquisa e nota o banheiro entupia sempre e o ar liga desliga sempre incomoda

Location was nice, it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, albeit a little on the smaller side. The place was nice and clean, so there wasn't any problem there. The kitchen had enough equipment to cook, if that's what you wanted to do. Again, the location was well placed and quiet. Lots to do around there.

Well, the place we stayed at was fine. No big issues with the apartment itself, but we had a bit of a fiasco trying to get inside. I posted that we'd arrive between 21:00 and 22:00. I notified the host at around 20:44 that we were on the bus to the location, so there was time to send someone. We arrived at 21:10. We ended up waiting over an hour for someone to arrive with the key, despite being told that someone would be there to let us in when we arrived. It was extremely hot at that time, and we were exhausted from traveling. It was very disappointing to have to wait an hour, despite being in contact with the host. There needs to be better arrangements for entry. If the host says "the person will be there as soon as possible", and then wait nearly an hour for the person to arrive, something has to give. The person who brought us the key was helpful, but he seemed unaware that he was supposed to be there between 21:00 and 22:00 (as stated in our planned arrival). The host was given sufficient time to arrive at the location. Even if we had arrived at the tail end of 21:00, the person with the key didn't arrive until 22:15. It was a bit much, and I was really looking forward to walking around the neighborhood, but that plan got cancelled. To the host: Please make sure you are aware of other people's time, especially if they're on vacation. If you can't handle that, perhaps find another business model.
