Onestamente tutto: quartiere, vicinanza ai servizi, casa ampia, confortevole e ben arredata (e ben riscaldata!), proprietario gentilissimo…
Mi è piaciuto tutto…è una casa nella piazza centrale di Nervi quindi è un po’ buietta e non ha vista bella, ma considereto tutto il resto non è affatto un problema

L’appartement est très propre , moderne avec la Clim . Tous les éléments étaient neuf . L’accueil des propriétaires car nous sommes arrivés très tardivement pour cause de notre véhicule qui est tombé en panne. Appartement bien situé ! À proximité de la gare de Nervi et des commerces .
Manque de balcon . Les fenêtres donnent sur une coure, manque de luminosité.

Good location - close to restaurants/grocery store, etc.
We reserved this apartment as a family of 3 specifically because we needed two bedrooms. Host didn't provide linens for the second bedroom but instead converted a sofa in the living room (entry room) into a bed. This was not comfortable nor acceptable. We brought up the issue with the host's daughter who handed us the keys, but the situation was not remediated.
