Quel magnifique endroit !

Nous avons adoré l'accueil même si nous avons dû attendre les clés. Haythem l'agent d'accueil a été adorable et très souriant. L'emplacement est fabuleux. La vue de la maison, le bruit des vagues, l'odeur de l'iode, l'ambiance du petit port typique....magique et dépaysant. A quelques pas au travers d'escaliers pentus : un endroit merveilleux et dynamique avec des restaurants et des glaciers.Le quartier de la Bocadasse est magnifique. La promenade Corso Italia très agréable. On peut aussi se rendre très facilement en ville avec les bus. L'appartement en Triplex a du charme. L'équipement est suffisant et moderne. Le linge de lit propre et en quantité. Le parking sécurisé qui jouxte le Triplex. Les commodités à côté : lidl et autres superettes. Si nous revenons à Gênes, c'est ici que nous logerons !

L'appartement mériterait d'être rafraîchi : peintures et canapés à nettoyer. Le prix du parking qui rajoute des frais : 10 euros par jour....

Une vue exceptionnelle dans un petit coin de paradis

Magnifique appartement situé juste en face de la mer, dans le joli quartier de Boccadasse. On y rejoint la plage en 30 secondes chrono. La vue depuis le balcon est incroyable. Petite rue sans voiture devant la maison, super pratique avec des enfants. L'appartement est assez grand avec deux chambres à coucher fermées, la 3e "se ferme" avec des portes coulissantes. Réseau Wi-Fi excellent pour ceux qui doivent bosser ;) Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cuisine avec four, micro-ondes et plaques à induction. Parking (payant) juste derrière la maison.

Propreté un peu moyenne. Peu de vaisselle pour un appartement qui peut accueillir 6 personnes. Nous avons aussi eu un souci au moment de récupérer les clés mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'agence. Le rendez-vous était pris pour 17h et la personne était ponctuelle. Seul hic, les locataires précédents n'avaient pas laissé les clés dans la boîte donc nous avons dû attendre encore 1h à l'extérieur le temps que la personne aille récupérer un autre set de clés à l'agence.
