Amazing apartment in an amazing location
Exceptional apartment. Great location with everything you need within walking distance. The management company, CasaViva, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect they are friendly and approachable and also have an office based within walking distance. There is a little beach over the road which is great for a dip in the crystal clear water and also has a little bar. The beach is small and can be busy but the convenience of a 2 minute walk makes it a massive bonus. The little harbour area (5 mins walk) also has a nice sandy beach but the water isn't quite so crystal clear. There is an amazing Pizzeria by the harbour (Halloween pizza), arguably one of the best in the whole of Genova. Next to the apartment is also a really good takeaway pizza place. Over the road from the apartment is a great fresh pasta shop. The apartment is very modern and very clean with great kitchen facilities. The air conditioning was a massive bonus as we were on holiday in a heatwave. The two shower rooms (one en suite) are perfect for a family and the pluming can easily handle two simultaneous showers.
There is no reserved parking space and street parking requires a bit of searching and a cast iron constitution, as is the case in any Ligurian town or village. We found a space and it was fine but you may end up a fair walk from the apartment. The easy access to public transport means the car is not really necessary with all the major Ligurian sights an easy train ride away.

Bella casa ristrutturata
Casa completamente ristrutturata, bella sala e cucina e molto luminosa, letti comodi Colori molto belli e balcone con vista mare e vicina a molti supermercati
Infissi da insonorizzare perché le camere sono sulla strada, cuscini dei letti poco comodi, i caloriferi non si potevano modificare ma ogni tanto la sera non andavano e faceva freddo. Abbiamo provato ad utilizzare delle coperte a disposizione ma erano piene di polvere e ha scaturito una reazione allergica ad una delle persone ospiti in casa. Anche volendo alzare i caloriferi non era possibile perchè sopra il termostato c'era un cartello con scritto non toccare. Non ci sono appendini o grucce nelle camere per appoggiare i vestiti, il comodino in realtà era uno sgabellino poco capiente. Il parcheggio come dicevano è difficile da trovare ma qualcosa si trova anche non a pagamento

Ruim , schoon, volledig gerenoveerd. Op loopafstand van haventje van Nervi met leuke restaurantjes en kustwandeling.
Het appartement ligt aan een doorgaande weg wat enorm veel verkeerslawaai oplevert, zowel tot laat in de avond als vroeg in de ochtend. In de ochtend komt er een vrachtwagen de vuilniscontainers legen die tegenover het pand staan. We hebben oordopjes moeten kopen. Zeer lastig parkeren.
