The property manager and property management company were amazing, professional, and quick to respond to our inquiries. The property was spacious with plenty of room for a small group or family. The sea view from the terrace was beautiful. Parking was available on premise with no additional fee. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked with what one needs for a short stay.

WIFI connection was terribly frustrating. We weren't able to sustain an internet connection for long; we therefore ended our trip a day early as a result. While the views were impressive, walking/driving up to the property was on a narrow windy path. Property is located just a bit outside of the city center (took about 12-15 min walk) but the walk back to the property is exhausting uphill. Kitchen cleanliness was just OK -- we initially couldn't find any coffee cups but they were all in the dishwasher, unwashed. Only one set of keys, which was fine for my husband and myself; this could be an issue for a small group of friends sharing the space.

the apartment in the lovely house is spacious, has 3 nice bedrooms, the upper two with excellent views, escpecially the one with the big bed. It is an old "villa style" house, so the rooms and baths etc. are a bit old fashioned, but in style, attached by modern furniture which is comfortable. Windows have only single glass - but its absolutely quiet up there! Even ventilators provided for each room. Kitchen equipment is very good and more than enough, even with wahsing machine and dishwasher, only small things like microwave or milk frother could be added, or candles for the romantics... Also enough towels, linnen and so on in high quality. We were welcomed by cold water bottles in the fridge, enough capsules for the espresso machine for the start, tea bags, sugar and so on - just bring your own food and enjoy the best view possible! On the quite big balcony there is space enough for sitting with 4-5 people, and the living room has huge windows, excellent view to the sunset. Warm person to welcome us and give the keys, perfect in time, awaiting us. Great service!

the climb uphill is a quite narrow road, ca. 20min long walk to the city center and restaurants, 20min to shops and the beach, but good if you want to improve your physical health :-) The apartment is not so good for little kids, e.g. no handrail on the lower half of the black marble stairs inside, plus the steep road (all paved, so doable).

Malheureusement la maison ne reçoit pas un entretien correct et on trouve des coins salles un peu partout. Il n’y a pas des couvertures pour les lits, uniquement des draps fins et ça n’était pas confortable car il faisait froids. La maison est veille et avec des fenêtres anciennes en bois que ne peuvent pas offrir une bonne isolation, c’est une maison plutôt adaptée pour des séjours en été car en période de hiver la maison n’est pas assez chaude et nous avons eu froid dans toutes les pièces de la maison en plein mois de novembre. Il y manque des outils de service a la cuisine, telle que cuillère pour préparer à manquer, des couteaux à couper légumes ou viandes. Les casseroles sont en teflons donc impératif de cuisiner avec des cuillères en bois ou silicone et il n’y en avait pas, donc on est obligé de cuisiner en utilisant des cuillères à manger en métal et cela abîme le émaille des casseroles. C’est toxique pour la santé. Le canapé du salon n’été pas assez propre avec des taches et on trouvait même des petits fils de cheveux partout, ainsi que le sol à l’étage à la chambre à couché très poussiéreux, la haute de la cuisine très engraissée, tout ça c’est décevant car on paye pour louer un logement sensé être propre dans tout sont équipement et espace.

- könnte etwas sauberer sein (Flecken an den Wänden) - Wlan- Verbindung schwächelt (aber war für uns unwichtig, da wir unbegrenztes mobiles Internet hatten)

Det var en stor lägenhet och med en fantastisk utsikt.

Kommunikationen med värden fungerade inte särskilt väl, de svarade inte på frågor och åtgärdade inte de problem vi påtalade. Ett av handfaten och en av toaletterna fungerade inte. Utrustningen i köket var dåligt, fanns inte ens en korkskruv. Det var ganska slitet och dåligt städat. Vägen som Google Maps föreslog var blockerad och innehöll dessutom en lång brant trappa, hade varit bra om värden tillhandahållit vägbeskrivning när vi visste att vi kom till fots.
