The mean woman make me uncomfortable! And I prefer to spend time to write the experience to let other people know before

The room itself is ok, old building with renovate.

No people contact me before arriving, I call the lady when drive closed to the apartment, she can not speak English. That I wait for long time to get the self check in documents and the road is single lane that I had to drive long time to back again. The garage is not in the same building and no elevator, hard for family to transfer kids and luggage. And the garage itself not suit the big car, our 7seats SUV is super hard to parking inside. When I booked the room, used the filter that ok to have pets, before one day we arrived that lady asked me she need to charge 10euro but I do not have the cash at the moment, asked her to give the bank info but she told me to submit the 10 rating to waive the cost. After two days I left, she call me in the morning because I did not finish the rating! Now of course I ask her again for the bank details to transfer the money and also submit the real experience. It is the first time I meet the booking homeowner like this way. And I doubt her high rating is cheating!

Nice stay in central Nervi

Location, peaceful sleep, decent bed, lovely back terrace

We have a big car so the garage was difficult to negotiate. So once parked we left the car for our entire stay and used public transit.

Clean and homely

The air conditioning units didn’t work well and the apartment is not near central Genoa. It is a 9 minute train journey to the centre. Also, the garage is only suitable for a small car.

Perfect getaway place

Perfect location and a super welcoming host. The house is in the centre of Nervi and very cozy, it has all the necessary equipment. A big park is right around the corner. We will definitely come back!

Schöner Aufenhalt mit Potenzial in der Sauberkeit nach oben.

Die Lage war sehr gut und man hatte Parkplatz mit Garage, was in dieser Region unbedingt nötig ist. Insgesamt schöne Ferienwohnung.

Leider war es an vielen Stellen unsauber. Besonders das Badezimmer hatte manch dreckige Ecken. Die Ausstattung war ok, hätte besser sein können.

Bella struttura nel centro di Genova Nervi, funzionale e dotato di ogni confort (ad esclusione del bidet), con annesso comodo posto auto coperto compreso, che in queste zone è vitale! Proprietari presenti e disponibili! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato!

Casa molto bella, ha tutto di cui si ha bisogno, 1 camera con letto matrimoniale e 1 camera con 2 letti singoli, zona giorno con cucina, divano e tv, bagno (manca bidet ma ha doccino). Ottima la presenza di un box privato in cui mettere l’auto. A 2 passi dai parchi di Nerci e dall passeggiata lungomare. Proprietaria gentilissima da tutte le indicazioni necessarie per self check in e ceck out

L’appartement est très agréable, joli, bien équipé, le quartier est top et le garage est un réel plus! Cerise sur le gâteau, une petite terrasse à l’arrière parfaite pour le café du matin ou pour l’apéro! Je recommande vivement, dommage que nous n’y ayons passé qu’une nuit mais nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir!

Доброжелательные хозяева. Организовали нам ранний заезд. При передаче ключей все показали и объяснили. Отличное расположение квартиры. В пешей доступности восхитительная прогулочная набережная, прекрасный парк, жд вокзал. Для меня одним из главных критериев при поиске жилья был вопрос парковки. Наличие гаража его решило. В квартире есть вся бытовой техника для готовки и стирки, кому это понадобится. Жилье меня полностью устроило

Appartamento bellissimo in posizione strategica per la visita di Nervi. Praticamente quasi nel parco, molto silenzioso e comodo. Ottimi i gestori che ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Complimenti!
