EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FEELING SCAMMED!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FEELING SCAMMED! Be careful with this apartment and also with all the others managed by this property. I will keep it short: we have arrived at the property and the AC was broken (the lady who waited for us told us that it was broken for 2 days; all the windows were open and there were around 35 degrees inside-it was unliveable inside). We have discussed about the options and as they did not have another flat available we have asked for the full refund. The lady called her manager and they have agreed to refund the full amount. We have called booking as well that day and they said that they will refund us when they get the confirmation email of the property. Big was our surprise when we found out form booking 2 days after the event that the agency did not agree to the refund in the end as they said that “they did not advertise to have AC”. It is clear that their word means nothing and that they do not take any responsibility of what their employees are telling. All in all, we have lost all the money so be careful with what they advertise and what they say you may have the same surprise as we did!

Spazioso, Pulito e molto curato
Molto spaziosa, appartamento di nuova costruzione con tre camere da letto e due bagni, ideale per famiglie numerose. Disponibile anche un Garage con l'aggiunta di 10€ al giorno. Molto vicino all'ospedale Gaslini, raggiungibile a piedi in 15 Min circa. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di due culle e l'host ci ha fatto trovare quanto richiesto. Si sono mostrati molto disponibili anche per effettuare check-in anticipato e il check out posticipato.
Non avrei nulla di negativo da scrivere tranne che la macchinetta del caffè non funziona, ma anche qui l'host si è mostrato molto efficiente e nel giro di due ore ci ha sostituito la macchina. Ottimo approccio nel risolvere i problemi.
