    Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful, and our room was spectacular—spacious, beautifully decorated, with two super comfortable queen beds and incredible views from both the room and the balcony. The bathroom was clean, bright, and had great amenities. The only tiny negative was that the heating is centrally controlled, so it was a little cold since we couldn't adjust it. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and can’t wait to come back!

    Staying in Manhattan is so expensive these days... we shopped around a lot and found the Westgate and were really happy. It's a 5 min walk from Grand Central, a short stroll up 2nd Ave to several great restaurants, and the hotel itself is quiet, super clean, and the rooms feel fresh. No carpet in the rooms which is great. Every single staff person was friendly, warm, and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, elegant, well-situated place to stay in the city.

    Cleanliness was generally good, yet the staff seemed arrogant and unhelpful. Just imagine - you are staying at the hotel, have checked in and on a 3rd day your keys doesn’t work, and the comment you haven’t paid resort fee - how come ghat I have checked in, paid all what was required and now can’t get because of someone missed a charge. Even it would happen why would someone block access to to the room and not resolve it while checking out? The hotel outdated as most of it type in US
