    The hotel has some unusual design features, e.g a bed that's at the window, a uniquely designed bathroom with a glass entrance door that some might find anoying, and some bare spots (paint chipped off) in several places. On the other hand, the design is a welcomed difference and something we're glad we experienced.

    If you are flying through Vancouver this is an exceptional place to stay. Close to the airport and excellent staff and the rooms are amazing! Glad we took the chance on this quaint hotel!

    Lights in room wouldn't turn off and had to switch rooms. Second room's ventilation fan stayed on high all night (even when set to low or off) and was loud enough to keep waking me. Very poor sleep experience.

    Disappointing experience, considering the 5 star claim and the messaging on website. The hotel is more than 5 mins from airport (we were told it could take 40 mins with trafffic as we waiting more than 40 mins for the shuttle). The staff are miserable. No turn down service etc, as implied by the claim that rooms were attended twice daily (not even once does us). The rooms are nice, but the experience is not 5 stars
