The property offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located in Sea Point, within walking distance from a beach. If you're looking for something to do later in the night though, you will need to catch a ride to other parts of town. The staff were really wonderful and attentive, so they get all my points. :) The facilities were fine, but: The rubbish bin hadn't been emptied, the floor was either dirty or just heavily marked, and we were missing beach towels. These weren't dealbreakers for us, but improving these could help the Urban Elephant reach a higher standard. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for our needs and I recommend it.

My stay at the flamingo was really good in terms of a good location,value for money and overall really great facilities and helpful staff.The cleanliness was at all times done upon request,yet it was some minor issues regarding bed linen but it was quickly resolved upon report
