    From reception to your room I find the hotel being one of the finest hotels in Cape Town. FOOD was excellent and the variety was considered to suit my dietary needs.

    The coffee area was crawling with cockroaches. The floors in the dining area were sticky. The breakfast was an absolute shambles; staff kept removing coffee cups and cutlery, making us feel like we couldn't get more coffee or food.
