My family of 4 stayed at the Higgins on a road trip. We wanted a nice hotel in or near the garden district w. a secure parking garage for our fully packed mini van. Higgins fit the bill and was lovely in all areas. Nice to be next to WW2 museum which is an important place.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel. There were very dirty cups and an ice bucket placed on the table when I checked in. Housekeeping hadn't been done when I returned from the tour at 5 PM. The old and noisy refrigerator kept us from sleeping well. However, the staff, facilities, and location for the LONA tour were good enough for us.
