Stayed here for the ease of access to downtown french quarter and bourbon street. Perfect location. Room was spacious, the facility was clean and quiet. An easy walk to bourbon/french quarter. Close to coffee shops. The front desk guy was polite, a little scatter brained but we got thru it. NOTE parking for this hotel is at a fee. I did not know that when booking thru the app.

I booked this hotel since I came for business conference in Morial convention center. It'll take about 15 to 20mins on foot, which is not bad.
The hotel facility is just good. Enough space and keep fridge and microwave.
This location also allows you to access outstanding artistic alley where there are multiple gallery alongside the street, which is only 5ins walk from this hotel, which made me explore more in New Orleans.

The location is fine & the breakfast is ok. Yet, the lobby is not clean & can certainly be renovated. Also, I booked a room with a Queen size bed but got a room with 2 twin beds!
