the hotel is great with a kitchenette, room has enough space, it’s neat and it’s not too expensive for Paris. The subway station is near the hotel and easy to access

We had an amazing stay, especially for the price! but La Defense in general is such a puzzle and pedestrian nightmare, nothing against the hotel whatsoever, just in terms of location, it's tough to get around. Hotel was superb and saved us so much money to stay here! direct train links to Disneyland which is what we wanted. Definitely recommend!!

At check-in, we were required to pay a deposit of 4,000 Czech crowns, which had not been mentioned anywhere in advance.
More than two weeks have passed since our stay, and the deposit has still not been returned. We have visited the hotel in person three times, but the staff has been unable to resolve the issue or provide any clear information about when the refund will be processed.
This situation is very concerning. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and assist in resolving the issue as soon as possible, including ensuring the return of the deposit.
