    I like stay in this hotel.good location, calm no busy street. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and confortable.

    Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing and inconvenient. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, it was warm even though the AC was running. We requested to be transferred to another room, but unfortunately, the air conditioning in the second room had the same issue. To make matters worse, we accidentally left a T-shirt inside the cabinet when we moved rooms. We went back to the front desk after around 30 minutes and immediately asked if they had found it, but we were told that nothing had been found. We never got the T-shirt back, which was very disappointing. There was also no Wi-Fi available in the rooms, which was another major inconvenience. Overall, the stay was quite a hassle, especially considering the issues with the air conditioning, missing item, and lack of Wi-Fi. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves their facilities and service.

    Actually during check in we had been transferred to other hotel without a reason. And the replacement hotel is not good as our expected. Smiley bathroom and main door locked not in good condition. If not mistaken the hotel name is Neo hotel
