    Stayed here for one night while transiting through Sadao. Unfortunately, the overall experience was below expectations. The biggest issue was the basement parking area. It was very narrow, extremely dusty, and there were quite a lot of insects, making it unpleasant to access the hotel from there. While free parking is provided, the condition of the parking area could be improved significantly. The bathroom was another disappointment. The shower is integrated into an old bathtub, but the bathtub itself was cracked and appeared worn out. I also had concerns about its cleanliness, so I ended up using it only as a shower. A proper shower area would have been much more practical and reassuring. I was also uncomfortable with the hotel retaining my passport during check-in. While practices may vary by property, I personally prefer hotels to verify the document and return it immediately. On the positive side, the room itself was decent, reasonably comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well throughout the stay. Free parking is also appreciated. Overall, the hotel met the basic necessities, but the parking condition, bathroom maintenance, and check-in procedure detracted from the experience. I hope management will address these issues to improve future guests’ stays.
