    A peaceful sanctuary away from the busyness of Lee Gardens. Spacious old school rooms. Discover Alternative food options at Talad Mai within 2 mins walk. Choose a hill view room. Earlymorning walk along the canal to Kong Khong market. Discover Boonarra for a value massage and budget dining at Tumrub Suki.

    Always happy to return to this gem. Selected for the covered car park and spacious compound which is rare nowadays. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. 15 minute walk to Lee Gardens may not be your thing, but it is ideal to access the southern part of the city which have numerous alternative food options.

    Need to pay for one extra bottle of drinking water and for extended check out time by 1 hour. No air-conditioning in the lobby. Plus point is the rooms are clean and sircond good.
