This hotel located 100 meter from Hatyai Festival Mall. The only i want to highlight this hotel, they ask for one thousand bhat cash for deposit. It too much I guess for such that amount. Please consider to 500 bhat.

Honestly, pretty much the same as what others have reviewed — the hotel is right next to the mall-7E and makro, so the location is super convenient. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the aircond was nice and cold. Tuktuk were also easy to get.
BUT… getting the deposit back? That’s a whole different story. 😂 It felt like I had to submit an application, wait for approval, and maybe attend an interview before getting my own money back. 😭
So, pro tip: take photos of EVERYTHING during check-in and check-out — towels, pillows, electrical appliances, basically anything in the room. Better to have photographic evidence than to be questioned about a missing towel you never even touched. 😂
Other than the deposit drama, everything else was pretty good!
