    The reception staff was very helpful. Reception works 24 hours. It is free to leave your luggage at the reception. Location is also great, walking distance from city centre.

    Es un hotel básico, pero está limpio. Es caro para lo que ofrece, pero como casi todos los de Roma. Está muy cerca andando de Termini.

    The reception is on the second floor and no elevator. No fridge in the room. The bathroom smells like sewage. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. The air-conditioning that I had to pay 5 euro and it didn't work well. Two good things. The receptionist was very present and cheerful and I didn't hear any noise so I slept really well despite of the old bed.

    There is no elevator for guests use so be prepared to walk stairs. You have to pay extra to use AC per day. No amenities. Rooms are decent size with average cleanliness but no view
