    Approx. 600 meters walk from Roma Termini. Nearest metro station is approx. 250 meters. Clean facility. Easy check-in with Shami at front desk. Only issue - pull luggage to first floor.

    Every staff member we encountered were patient, informative, knowledgeable and kind. The rooms compare well to those in branded hotels. Finally, the coffee in their vending machine taste better than this we’ve had in cafes. Have no hesitations in coming back here.

    When I arrived there was a staircase to walk up ti reception, the receptionist couldn’t be bothered and led me through another door that had a big lip, so if you’ve got a heavy suitcase beware and I had to pay extra for aircon, which I’m sure I picked a room with aircon in the price .. dodgy area at night and too far away from termini and sights

    Bathroom: The toilet and the sink are literally inside the shower space. There are no towel rails in that area, and the toilet paper holder is located outside of it. Truly bizarre layout.Air Conditioning: You have to pay an extra 5 euros per day to use it. It is ridiculous not to include this in the final price. Telling guests they must pay extra for AC leaves a very bad impression.
