    Although the hotel doesn’t provide laundry service but we can hand wash ourselves. And there’s a balcony in our room so we can hang our clothes outside there. To have air conditioning we need to pay additional 10euro each night, but overall we have. A good rest in the hotel.

    Very nice and big room, but no fridge. Nice and clean hotel with a friendly and helpful staff:) just be aware that there is no elevator and you might have to walk up some stairs to get to your room😅 location is nice and the fassi gelato shop beside is really worth a visit while staying here!

    We've stayed in a few hotels around termini over the years,this is well the best,so clean,lovely staff,felt soo safe.Metro is about a 4minute walk,some nice shops and bars around the park.Deffo stay there again,air con was only 5euro a night and it stays on whilst you're out.

    Bathroom: The toilet and the sink are literally inside the shower space. There are no towel rails in that area, and the toilet paper holder is located outside of it. Truly bizarre layout.Air Conditioning: You have to pay an extra 5 euros per day to use it. It is ridiculous not to include this in the final price. Telling guests they must pay extra for AC leaves a very bad impression.
