    This is a good value hotel, well positioned near the Terminii Station and handy to the Hop On/Off buses. The room that we had on the 5th floor was modern, quiet & clean. The breakfast was comprehensive and good value.

    My experience with this hotel started off quite poorly due to some issues with the reception. Agoda stated that check-in was at 2:00 PM, while the hotel staff told us it was actually at 3:00 PM. We were not allowed to check in before 3:00, and finally entered our room at around 3:08 PM. Unfortunately, the room we were initially given was about half the size of the room I had actually booked. Of course, I went back to reception and showed them my reservation. It took them more than 30 minutes to sort everything out, but after all that waiting, we were finally given the correct room. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so there was quite a lot of dust in the lobby and reception area, as well as some construction noise. On the positive side, the location is very convenient. We were able to walk almost everywhere. However, the area itself was quite noisy, and with the window open, we could constantly hear the rattling and noise of the trams outside. The air conditioning was also a little strange after pressing the button to turn it on, it usually took around 10–15 minutes before it actually started working. The room itself was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. However, the bathroom door did not have a lock installed yet, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, our stay started off quite unpleasantly because of the check-in and room issues, but considering the price around €50–55 per person I would say the hotel was acceptable and offered reasonable value for money. Also, the city tax was not mentioned in the hotel description. We had to pay an additional €6 per person, per night, which was an unexpected extra cost.

    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Julia, who was exceptionally kind, supportive, and always ready to assist guests with anything they needed. Her helpful attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers convenient luggage storage, which was very helpful for us before our departure. The hotel itself is beautiful, safe, and in a great location. I highly recommend it, especially for families. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay, with wonderful service and a very welcoming atmosphere.

    The room had bugs and the bathroom too which was repulsive and inconvenient. When I booked they mentioned 2 beds which turned out to be one double bed and a small couch, so overall I don’t think it deserves a second stay. The staff was friendly and nice but the place is not
