Location is good, but should be careful during the evenings since it is located very close to the train station. . Little old, but very clean hotel. Would recommend.

Location is amazing, room is beautiful and comfortable! Staff there are helpful too. The only issue we had was the bathroom door doesn’t hold the water inside so it leaks every time we shower.

My partner and I booked for 4 nights but only ended up staying 1 night because booking another hotel to move. Advertised as a 4 star hotel and turns out to be far from it. More like 2 star. The price was not cheap and I booked this to treat my partner for his birthday and had kindly requested for a message to be displayed in the room for him. This was confirmed by the hotel prior to our arrival, however, they did absolutely nothing. We had also requested for one large bed and ended up with two single beds. We asked for a room change which they said it is all full. They then proceeded to ‘change’ our bed in our room while we went out. We returned to the exact same two beds and put closer together joined by one large bed sheet. That was their solution. The location is only good for distance to Termini station. Making it convenient. However, I would not recommend if you are are girl staying here and going out at night, because it felt quite unsafe. Luckily my partner was with me so I felt a bit safer but overall, it was not the best location. Other problems within our room started appearing as we slowly used things, such as the wall plugs. We tried to plug out phones in to change but the wall plugs were super loose. Our chargers had to be positioned a certain way for our phones to charger. I couldn’t even charge my laptops because the charger was too heavy for the wall plug. How ridiculous. Next major problem was the shower. It took 10 seconds for the shower to start leaking on the bathroom floor, creating a big puddle by the end of the shower. There wouldn’t be enough towels to mop it up. Overall, the bathroom was quite small and cramped, even for myself who is not a large person. Mirrors were cracked and taped up too. The bed was not soft at all and both my partner and I woke up with sore backs and necks. Pillows were basically flat as if we weren’t even sleeping on pillows. And to make things worse, our room was along the road and there is absolutely no sound proofing because we could hear every noise in the morning. There was construction across the road and cars beeping all the the time. We could barely sleep. We ended up booking Hilton near the colloseum and it was the best decision we made. Even though it was a lot more expensive than this hotel, we felt it was good value for our money. If you are looking for a place to simply sleep and not a female traveling alone, then I’d say this would not be a terrible option, but do keep in mind, you could find a cheaper place in the same area
