    Good stay. Good breakfast. Located at the 2nd road after train station, hence a bit challenging to push luggages

    Location is good, about 5 mins walk from the Rome Termini station. Room is clean and spacious. There is no power socket near the beds or TV area. Hence have to use the one for the kettle. Buffet breakfast is great with many varieties, from 0700 to 1000hr. Lift is rather small, can take 2 persons with luggage at any one time. We can leave our luggage after check out. Overall a comfortable stay.

    It’s a walking distance of 5-8 minutes from termini station. They serve desserts and toasts for breakfast which is awesome. Though it is difficult for Asians as breakfast but the food are amazing and same goes to the drinks. The room is awesome and love to stay again! Toilet is adorable and convenient to use. Love it!

    Transactional service, no human touch. Granted I was given an upgrade. Room basin, room sink water flow slow. Overflow if you run water too much. It was very warm in the room. Only when I check, was told still winter 14 March so even if you switch accordingly only warm/hot air will come on. So switch off everything and let the room cool down itself or open the windows. A notice would save guests a lot of trouble. One serving water was given on first day. None thereafter. Only star was location. However many other hotels around as well.
