Great experience at this hotel. From being allowed to check in hours early to the staff at breakfast. The rooms are older in style and there is a little noise from machinery if you are at the back of the building. To be honest it helped me sleep.

The staff at reception, restaurant, room service were very friendly and helpful. They attended to ad hockey requests patiently and given on above and beyond on some. Really appreciate it especially since I don't speak Italian. Breakfast was a huge spread, highly recommend to include this in your package. Rooms were clean, and beautiful. Location is safe and just 3 mins walk from Termini station with great shopping there and good big and mini supermarkets. UPIM (like H&M) is just 5 mins walk from hotel. 2 storey! I shopped like crazy there, and please ask for tax refund (can claim if over €70). UPIM is just next to Santa Maria Basilica so can go there before/after!

Everybody had a warm smile upon arrival! Wonderful customer service and were super helpful with making recommendations. Breakfast was continental and kept me satisfied. Room was clean and the bed is super comfortable. Will definitely be back.

I’m waiting for the follow up on the response why my room was entered and cleaned with the sign “do not disturb” hanging on my door and on that very same night I can’t open my room door with the card when I got back. It then took me more than one extra hour to get the new key card and go through everything of my luggage to check if anything was missing. It was after 12am and I was exhausted and I also need checked out the next day around 4am so had no chance to receive the response. Since the front desk staff promised to look into it, I’m looking forward to the answer. Also, the reception desk lady with the glasses was not quite friendly.
