    I said I will recommend because of their location. It's an old hotel,nothung fancy. Rooms were clean. We got 2 rooms for our family. The Family room (511) doesn't have good WiFi area. Only room 512 had WiFi. The staff before check in were very helpful. Prior to my booking of this hotel, I emailed someone from Genova because I had few concerns on our luggages. I asked about their luggage storage. I was able to talk to them about my concern of our luggage. Upon check out they charged me 25 euros for storing my luggage with them. Nothing spectacular with their breakfast spread. The staff at the breakfast room made us leave at exactly 1030am because they were closing. In other hotels, they would warn guests, we are closing in 15minutes please get what you want. They didn't told us anything. They just got the food out of the table! 2 ladies there were rude.
