    Stayed here for 1 night and spent almost €*** on what I thought would be a luxury stay. I was met with disappointment when I got to my room. Online the rooms looked lovely and I’m not sure if I just got unlucky. My room smelt like urine and was very outdated. The room resembled a nursing home or hospital room. I was not told that my room was fully fitted for an individual with additional physical needs. If I knew that this was what I was paying for I would not have been so disappointed. I usually never complain, this is my first time writing a negative review about a hotel. This stay was definitely not worth how much I spent and I feel very misled. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and I could hear every step the individuals in the room above me made. I paid extra for a Mt Fuji view which was very obstructed by buildings. Very disappointing stay unfortunately and far from luxurious. The staff were the only positive thing about the place. Very friendly. If you are looking for a luxury hotel to enjoy the view of Mt Fuji, look elsewhere to avoid major disappointment.
