I booked 2 rooms with a double and a single in each room, upon arrival I was greeted with 2 rooms- each with a double bed! Neither the owner or my group were happy. Fortunately the owner moved others around to facilitate our stay - at extra cost, understandably. Thanks agoda- not!

Although a little dated the hotel was in good condition with nice sized rooms and a great view. The complimentary continental breakfast and laundry facilities were positives. The fact that the air conditioner in our room didn’t work and the parking spaces could be wider were negatives. We were offered a change of room but the weather was pleasant so we declined. The hotel is within walking distance of retail shopping and dining options. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Transit here in Launceston for visiting the nearby national patks. The hotel location is very near to the shopping belt just 5 mins walk. Room is spacious andclean but carpet seem long time not chemical wash.
