Fireplace heater in room.
Can hear people talking in the next room late at night. Parking out front can be hard to get.

Average. I like that we don't seem to have been charged for the bottle of wine we consumed - but that's probably an oversight!
Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The milk (only one option) had run out. Whereas the message we'd received indicated that the managers were looking forward to meeting us at breakfast the one staff member on was somewhat under stress and nervous. The property is OK - but seems a bit tired and due for an upgrade.
