Location was great and we had everything we needed. Being able to get breakfast any time was also a bonus and we liked the relatively small number of guests. Made for a more enjoyable stay

The Nespresso machine was very nice.
The Inn is accurately described on their website as a "Self service guest house", but on booking.com and google it is described as a "Quaint B&B", with breakfast included. But it was really a basket of breakfast supplies for you to fix your own. And then clean up. Also, read "quaint" as small rooms. There was only about 8 inches around the queen bed in our room. And the location is about halfway up a very steep hill, so unless you are from Porto or San Francisco it really isn't walkable to major sites in Launceston. It may well be your cup of tea, but you'll have to make it yourself.
